Terms of Use

Last updated: November 6, 2026. These terms apply to all visitors of onlinewebsitepreviewer.com (“this website”).

They’re a binding agreement between you and Impactful Growth LLC (“we,” “us”). By continuing to use this website, you’re deemed to have accepted them. If you don’t agree, stop using it.

Section 12 (“Arbitration”) says most disputes go to individual arbitration, not court. Please read it.

1. About You

You must be 18 or older, or use this website with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you.

If you use this website for a company or client, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for them.

2. About Us

This website is owned and operated by Impactful Growth LLC, 1014 Broadway #973, Santa Monica, CA 90401, USA. Online Website Previewer is our brand.

3. What This Website Does

Online Website Previewer shows a website at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes, side by side, in your browser. It’s free, and you don’t need an account.

The website you enter is loaded by your own browser, in an embedded frame on your device. We don’t copy, host, change, or store it.

A preview is a visual check of how a layout adapts to different screen widths. It isn’t a test on real devices. It doesn’t score, certify, or audit a website for accessibility, performance, or anything else.

4. How You May Use It

You may use this website for personal or professional work. Good uses include:

  • Checking how a website’s layout responds to different screen sizes
  • Reviewing a website an agency, freelancer, or colleague built for you
  • Checking a campaign or landing page before or after it goes live
  • Walking a client or teammate through a design
  • Quick visual checks while you build or fix a website

Your right to preview. By entering a website address, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to access and display that website. You also represent and warrant that your use doesn’t break any law or violate anyone else’s rights, including copyright, privacy, and other intellectual property rights.

No abuse. Don’t:

  • Use this website to attack, overload, or disrupt any website, including denial-of-service attacks
  • Scrape, mass-crawl, or data-mine websites through it
  • Get around logins, paywalls, access controls, or rate limits, or reach private pages you aren’t allowed to see
  • Try passwords or stolen credentials on any website (credential stuffing)
  • Spread malware, phishing pages, or other harmful code
  • Run security or penetration tests on websites you don’t have written permission to test
  • Use it as a proxy to hide who you are or where you’re browsing from
  • Run high-volume automated requests that harm this website or others
  • Break another website’s terms of use
  • Harass, defame, or invade the privacy of anyone

5. Live Previews Are Real

Each preview is the live website. When you follow a link, sign in, submit a form, or place an order inside a preview, it really happens on that website.

That website’s terms and privacy policy apply. We can’t see, stop, or undo what you do there. We’re not responsible for any purchase, message, or other result.

6. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this website, which we can revoke at any time. Using it doesn’t give you any ownership of it.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or offer this website or its features as your own product or service
  • Use this website, its code, or its content to build a competing tool
  • Reverse engineer it, break into it, or get around its security

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own this website, including its name, logo, code, design, text, and images (“content”). Copyright and trademark laws protect them. Online Website Previewer is our trademark.

Websites you preview belong to their owners. Seeing them here doesn’t give you, or us, any rights in them.

Search engines and AI. Search engines and AI systems are welcome, as allowed by our robots.txt file. They may not republish our content as their own, and no bot may pretend to be another bot.

8. Third-Party Websites

We don’t control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party websites, including any website you preview or any website we link to. A preview or link doesn’t mean we recommend that website.

Third-party websites may contain errors, offensive material, malware, or content that infringes someone’s rights. You view and use them at your own risk.

Some websites block being shown in a frame, need you to sign in, or display differently in a preview. That’s their setting, not something we can change.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to keep this website useful and working. Still, previews can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable, and errors happen.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND EVERYTHING ON OR THROUGH IT, INCLUDING ALL PREVIEWS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT ANY PREVIEW MATCHES HOW A WEBSITE LOOKS OR WORKS ON ANY REAL DEVICE, OR THAT THIS WEBSITE OR ANY PREVIEWED WEBSITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.

You’re responsible for checking your own work on real devices and browsers before you rely on it.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, OUR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WON’T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE, ANY PREVIEW, ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, OR ANYTHING YOU DO IN A PREVIEW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) US$25.

THESE LIMITS APPLY WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE. THEY DON’T LIMIT LIABILITY THAT THE LAW DOESN’T ALLOW US TO LIMIT.

11. Indemnification

If you break these terms or misuse this website, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorney fees.

12. Arbitration

Try us first. If you have a dispute with us, email us first (Section 18). We’ll try to resolve it informally within 60 days.

Arbitration. If we can’t, you and we agree that any dispute about these terms or this website will be settled by binding arbitration, not in court. The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) will run it under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. One arbitrator will decide it, in English, seated in California. You may take part by phone or video, or ask to hold any hearing in the county where you live.

Fees. Fees are paid as the AAA rules say. Each side pays its own attorney fees, unless the arbitrator awards them under the law or those rules.

What the arbitrator can do. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and must follow these terms and the law. The decision is in writing and final. Any court with jurisdiction can enforce it.

Individual claims only. You and we may bring claims only for ourselves, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group, or representative action. The arbitrator can’t combine claims from more than one person.

Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Either side may also ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of its intellectual property or of this website. Any claim that can’t legally be arbitrated goes to the courts named in Section 13.

13. Governing Law and Courts

California law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 12.

Any dispute that isn’t arbitrated will be resolved only in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. You and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

14. Severability, Survival, and Assignment

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If the “Individual claims only” part of Section 12 is found invalid for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.

Sections 6 through 19 survive if these terms end.

You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We can transfer ours, for example if we sell this website.

15. Termination

We may suspend or block your access to this website at any time, for example if you break these terms. You may stop using it at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.

Changes apply from that date forward. They don’t apply to disputes that arose before it. If you keep using this website after that date, you accept the updated terms.

17. Waiver

If we don’t enforce part of these terms, we can still enforce it later. A waiver counts only if it’s in writing and signed by Impactful Growth LLC.

These terms and our Privacy Statement, including its cookie policy in Section 5, are the entire agreement between you and Impactful Growth LLC about this website. They replace any earlier agreement about it.
